Terms of Service

iCloud Companion lets you use supported AI assistants to work with mail and calendars and optionally read contacts through your authorized iCloud account. By using iCloud Companion, you agree to these terms.

Eligibility and acceptable use

Use only accounts and resources you are authorized to access. Do not misuse the service, bypass access controls, interfere with its operation or use it to access another person’s information.

Cancellation and deletion

The subscription base price is $4.99 USD per month and renews automatically until canceled. Applicable taxes and the actual total are shown at checkout.

You can manage or cancel your subscription for free through the Stripe customer portal by choosing Manage next to Subscription on your iCloud Companion account. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period; access continues while the subscription is active and unexpired. Deleting your account requests immediate cancellation and removes access. Neither path automatically issues a refund. The Cancellation and Refund Policy is part of these terms.

Service availability

The service depends on Apple, supported AI assistants and other providers, and may be unavailable during provider failures. Review important information and every requested change yourself. Sending and invitations require their separate account controls and an explicit request or confirmation. If an action’s outcome is unknown, inspect iCloud before trying again.

Termination and changes

Access may be suspended for misuse, security risk, nonpayment or legal requirements. Free account and billing management remain available separately from paid content access. Material changes to these terms will be posted here with a new effective date. Continued use after that date means you accept the updated terms.
