Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancel your subscription

You can cancel through the Stripe customer portal by choosing Manage next to Subscription on your iCloud Companion account page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period, and access continues while your subscription is active and unexpired. Disconnecting iCloud or revoking an Apple app-specific password does not cancel the subscription.

Delete your account

Deleting your iCloud Companion account requests immediate subscription cancellation and removes access. Cancellation and account deletion do not automatically issue a refund.

Subscription charges are non-refundable except where required by law or for a duplicate or incorrect charge. For review, email support@canvascompanion.lakefill.app from your Companion sign-in email with the charge date and amount.
